Nissan LEAF gets a spruce up

Nissan said they have given the 2022 model LEAF  “a fresh glow, offering more eye-catching style and innovative technology”.

The new model gets advanced driving assistance features such as ProPILOT, and infotainment technologies such as the on-board NissanConnect system.

“The Nissan LEAF has always been about making advanced technology and the thrill of electric driving accessible to everyone with over 577,000 customers worldwide. LEAF has been designed around families’ needs to offer seamless connectivity and an efficient powertrain,” said Arnaud Charpentier, Region Vice President, Product Strategy and Pricing, Nissan AMIEO region.

LEAF 2022 also has new exterior styling and features Nissan’s new brand logo on the wheels, front grille and rear plus 16” and 17” alloy wheel options and a new line-up of exterior colours

Offered with two battery options that deliver up to 239 miles (WLTP) range. The ProPILOT technology enables LEAF 2022 to automatically stop, start and maintain a safe distance to the vehicle in front, while the e-Pedal provides the option to accelerate, decelerate and stop with only one pedal for maximum comfort on the move.

The on-board NissanConnect system, features Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration. Features such as climate control can be set remotely through the NissanConnect Services app, and customers can link their LEAF to their Amazon Alexa smart home device.

LEAF 2022 will be available to order from 1st March 2022, with prices starting at £26,995.
