Your Hydra Zodiac EV charger has a standard 12 months warranty against defects. If installed by an OZEV approved and qualified Electrician the warranty is enhanced giving you FIVE YEARS total protection.
You must Register your Zodiac, supplying the serial number, details of the retailer you bought it from and the name of the OZEV approved installer to activate this warranty. The Zodiac must also be serviced annually by an OZEV approved electrician.
When you register your Hydra Zodiac EV Charger we will retain the details of that product, the serial number, name of the retailer you bought it from plus the installer and date of installation. If you need technical support or wish to make a warranty claim please access our Technical Support facility and enter the relevant details.
