Some fields are mandatory (shown with an*) Others are optional. To activate your Hydra Warranty you will need to provide the details of your OZEV approved EV installer. Without this your warranty is limited to 12-months.

It is necessary to carry out an annual inspection/service of the EV charger to comply with the terms of the Warranty.
