Terms and Conditions – Hydra Charger Installations
Domestic Installations
Installation
Your charger must be installed by an appropriately qualified electrician. You will need to retain all installation documents provided by your electrician and be able to supply these to Hydra EVC upon request.
Internet Connection
Your installer must connect your charger to an operating platform using the appropriate means as part of the full commissioning process. This ensures Hydra can provide optimal support should any issues arise.
If, following installation, the internet signal is not strong enough, it is your responsibility to arrange a suitable connection for your charger directly with your network provider.
Warranty Cover
A 2-year manufacturer’s limited parts warranty is provided (including 12 months’ labour), provided the charger has been installed by an appropriately qualified electrician.
Operating Problems
To aid efficient fault resolution, please provide as much information as possible — including the model name, serial number, type of connectivity, and a detailed description of the issue. We recommend sharing a photo or video, as this can significantly speed up the resolution process.
