All warranty claims must be submitted through our support system at support.hydraev.co.uk.

You will need to provide your installation registration date, serial number, and a description of the fault.

Our technical team will assess the claim and confirm your warranty coverage before any action is taken. This applies to all Hydra EVC charger models.
