FAQ's
The Hydra Notus comes with a three-year warranty from the installation registration date.
Year 1 covers parts and labour. Year 2 covers parts only. Year 3 covers parts only and is available if you register your Notus online before the end of Year 2.
If you do not register before the end of Year 2, your cover is Year 1 (parts and labour) and Year 2 (parts only) only.
To register, visit hydraev.co.uk/warranty.
Your Notus warranty starts from the installation registration date — the date your installer registered the installation with Hydra EVC, not the date of purchase or manufacture.
If you are unsure of your installation registration date, contact us at support@hydraev.co.uk with your serial number.
Registration is not required for Year 1 and Year 2 cover.
However, you must register your Notus online before the end of Year 2 to unlock the third year of parts-only cover.
If you do not register before the end of Year 2, Year 3 cover will not be available.
Registration is free and takes a few minutes at hydraev.co.uk/warranty.
Visit hydraev.co.uk/warranty and complete the registration form.
You will need your serial number, installer name, installation registration date, electrical installation certificate, and installation photos.
Registration is free and should be completed before the end of Year 2 to unlock Year 3 parts-only cover.
Yes. The requirement is that registration is completed before the end of Year 2 — that is, before the second anniversary of your installation registration date.
Month 20 falls within Year 2, so registration at that point qualifies you for Year 3 parts-only cover.
If your Notus has not been registered, your warranty cover is Year 1 (parts and labour) and Year 2 (parts only) only.
Year 3 cover is not available.
If you are still within Year 1 or Year 2, register now at hydraev.co.uk/warranty.
Registration after the end of Year 2 cannot unlock Year 3 cover.
Yes. If your installer completed the warranty registration on your behalf at or after installation, this counts as registration and you are eligible for Year 3 parts-only cover, provided registration was completed before the end of Year 2.
Contact us at support@hydraev.co.uk with your serial number to confirm your registration status.
Year 2 and Year 3 cover parts only. Labour is not covered after Year 1.
If a fault is confirmed in Year 2 or Year 3, Hydra EVC will supply the required parts, but labour costs associated with the repair are not included in the warranty for those years.
No. A replacement unit inherits the remaining warranty period of the original unit.
It does not carry a new warranty from the date of replacement.
The warranty period runs from the original installation registration date.
