This depends on which model you have.
If you have the Hydra Notus: your charger comes with a three-year warranty from the installation registration date. Year 1 covers parts and labour. Year 2 covers parts only. Year 3 covers parts only and is available if you register your Notus online before the end of Year 2. If you do not register, your cover is Year 1 (parts and labour) and Year 2 (parts only) only.
If you have the Hydra Cubus: your charger comes with a standard warranty from the installation registration date. Registered chargers receive 24 months parts cover and 12 months labour cover. Unregistered chargers receive 12 months parts and labour cover.

You will need your serial number, installer name, installation registration date, electrical installation certificate, and installation photos. This applies to both the Notus and the Cubus.
Your warranty starts from the installation registration date — the date entered on your warranty registration form at the time of installation.
This is not the purchase date or the delivery date. This applies to both the Notus and the Cubus.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, power surges, lightning strikes, or use of non-genuine parts.
The warranty also does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or any issue caused by failure to follow the installation and user guides. This applies to both the Notus and the Cubus.
No. The replacement unit continues the original warranty period.
For example, if your charger is replaced in Month 18, the replacement is covered for the remainder of your original warranty period only. This applies to both the Notus and the Cubus.
