Can I use the chargers with night rate tariffs?
Yes, our smart home charger, the Cubus, has a scheduled charging feature to benefit from night tariffs and any other tariffs you may have.
How does the charger connect to the network?
All our chargers can be connected via either 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, Ethernet or 4G (via a sim card), with most models having the option to use any of the three. There is also the option to use the charger without an internet connection.
How do I prevent anyone from using my charger?
By standard, our chargers require authorisation before they can be started. This can be done either by the app or by using an RFID card linked to an account.
What are the benefits of using Hydra dual chargers vs. two single chargers?
The installation costs will be cheaper (on a pro-rata basis), as for example, infrastructure costs will not be double that of a single charger. Then you can benefit from revenue generation equivalent to having 2 chargers.
How can I advertise my chargers to maximise usage and charging revenues?
If you use our Hydra NEXUS Pro Operating Platform, we add your chargers to our APP and onto the ZapMap website.
