Passionate about sustainable energy and innovation, Steven has guided Hydra’s growth since day one, making a real impact in the EV world.

When he’s not shaping the future of clean energy, you’ll find him spending quality time with his family, experimenting in the kitchen, or staying active and fit.

Peter drives Hydra’s commercial growth, building partnerships, leading big contracts, and making sure our sales and marketing hit the right notes.

With 25+ years’ experience at companies like Unilever, Bestfoods, Henkel, and Standard Brands, he joined Hydra in March 2022.

Outside work, Peter’s all about live gigs, hunting for vinyl records, countryside walks with his wife Julie, gourmet cooking, fine wines — and trying to stay fit!

Josh is our Operations Manager, bringing fresh energy to the Hydra team.

With 3 years’ experience leading technical EV projects at Duracell Energy — plus hands-on expertise in 3-phase systems and home battery storage — Josh knows the renewable energy world inside out.
Before that, he was an engineer at Jaguar Land Rover.

When he’s not keeping our operations running smoothly, you’ll find him on the football pitch or traveling to new places!.

Zee brings over 8 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, helping B2B brands build a strong online identity.

With a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing Management and a background spanning energy, corporate finance, and manufacturing sectors etc, Zee is passionate about blending creativity with strategy.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her at live gigs, trying out new Asian recipes, or leading fun community adventures.

As Head of Technical at Hydra, Tom is  responsible for supporting customers with any queries or charger issues, ensuring every commercial charger is pre-commissioned before dispatch for a smooth installation.

Tom also oversees the development and testing of new products, and occasionally head out to site visits to repair chargers that can’t be fixed remotely.

Shella keeps the heart of Hydra beating smoothly, with over 20 years’ experience managing all things finance and business operations.

She looks after income, expenses, payroll, and makes sure everything balances perfectly. Shella also leads our HR department and keeps our ISO standards and accreditations on track.

She’s passionate about building strong systems and creating the kind of organized, high-performing environment that helps Hydra thrive every day.

Malcolm keeps our chargers (and customers) running smoothly as part of the Hydra Technical Support team.

Before joining us in January 2025, he worked in IT, Data Security and Communications — at places ranging from a 1000MW power station to a national ISP (and even an underwear distributor!).

In his spare time, you’ll find Malcolm buried in sci-fi books, old-school comic books, blasting music in 5.1 Surround, or getting lost in his attic full of computers — two of which run 24/7 as servers!

Callum supports our customers every step of the way as a Sales Progressor at Hydra.

From the first enquiry to the final install, he helps keep things moving and ensures no detail gets missed. With a background in customer service and a keen eye for the finer points of the sales process, Callum makes things smoother for everyone involved.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely find him at the gym, gaming, or planning his next sunny getaway.

Allanna is our PA & Administration Executive, joining Hydra in January 2025.

Before stepping into the world of EVs, she spent nearly three years working at a bank, completing her apprenticeship and qualifying as a Level 2 Financial Advisor — all straight after finishing her GCSEs!

Outside of work, Allanna loves spending time with friends and family, going on long walks, and discovering new foodie spots.
